Here at Hill Country SmokeHouse BBQ In Bertram Texas Lino and I want to take this time to thank Bertram (The Local Community), and the local towns around. For all of their support. It's hard to believe, we've been open almost 3 years already . We opened our doors February 15 2021

Lino and I have over 40 years Experience in retail, restaurants, customer service, BBQ, Catering's. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality at all times. We strive on customer service/customer satisfaction, talking to your customers by name... It's very important to us, that our customers feel like (guest )part of a family... We feel that our last customer of the day is just as important as our 1st customer that walked in the door... We look forward to bringing joy, headache free to families and businesses for catering events, group packs, and delivery services (25 or more guest - Limit) $40 Delivery fee.

So if you have a event coming up, let us take the headache away from you. We're got you !!! We can do big events 75 to 300 people , no problem...We do any event-Business, Birthdays,Weddings 💒, Anniversaries, Reunions. What ever you may need. We can make it headache free... You are the reason we do what we do, thank you for being a loyal customer. Awesome customers like you for your amazing support. YOU ROCK!!! My grandmother taught me many lessons in love and so many different lessons and how to run a restaurant (business) Wonderful memories that I will cherish forever... In so many ways I wouldn't know what I know now, if it wasn't for her teaching me..
You see I was blessed enough to work with her for many years when I was in the early teens and in my twenties...
How she gave me guidance and taught me more than I ever knew, That I have carried on in every job that I've ever done and including our restaurant.

Our biggest strive ,are great efforts to achieve wonderful customer service. Treating everyone as family. Throughout the years we have gained many friends,
as did my Grandma thought out her restaurant and when she was a chef at colleges in Abilene, Tx. when I worked with her (10 years)
Everyone called her Mamalois !

I did so many Caterings with her, she even gave me my first manager position at 22 years old .
My grandmother always there showing me just how to do everything..
